H20Flo Steam Mop

The H20flo Steam Mop is not as well known as many of the other steam mops on the market.  This does not mean that it is not with out it's fans although there seem to be mixed reviews on this mop and consumers who have used and reviewed typically either love it or hate it.  Let's take a look at what it has to offer and then weigh the pros and the cons of the H20Flo Steam Mop.

Features of the H20Flo Steam Mop

The H20flo Steam Mop is designed quite differently from many of the popular steam mops including the Shark Steam Mop, Eureka Enviro Steamer, and Bissell Steam Mop.  It's triangular shaped mop head is heralded for making it easier to reach corners and other small, hard to reach areas.

This steam mop comes with three microfiber mop head clothes which is more than the standard two that come with most other steam mops.  The H20flo Steam Mop also has a 360 degree pivoting head and is suppose to work on not only on floors but also on carpets.

Pros of the H20Flo Steam Mop

Cost - The H20flo Steam Mop costs less than several other popular steam mops including the Haan Steam Mop, the Shark Steam Pocket Mop, and the Bissell Steam Mop.

3 Mop Heads - Comes with three mop head pads.  This gives it an advantage over many of it's competitors which only give two.

Triangular Head - Different than the standard rectangular shape most steam mop heads have.  Should make getting corners easier.

Pivoting Head - Has a mop head capable of pivoting 360 degrees.  May make it easier to reach spots.

Cons of the H20Flo Steam Mop

Lots of Negative Reviews - Many reviewers complained that their mop didn't last long.  Some reviews stated they never got their H20flo steam mop to work at all.  Over 1/4 of the reviews I read for the H20Flo Steam Mop were negative reviews which is a definite indication, in my opinion, that there are certainly some issues with this steam mop.

Weighs 9 lbs. -  This means it is not as lightweight as some of it's competitors.  Not too big of a deal but you might get a little more of a workout pushing this one.

Final Thoughts

Because of the fairly large amount of negative reviews I came across on the H20flo Steam Mop, I would personally stay away from this one.  For about the same price, you could purchase the  Eureka Enviro Steamer which has tons of glowing reviews.   The Shark Steam Pocket Mop (not the original Shark), the Bissell, and the Haan Steam Mop are also good options.
